Standard Global Quality Certificates (SGQC) is an independent certification body that performs assessments of clients’ QMS/EMS/OHSAS/Food Safety Management Systems, along with CE marking. SGQC holds the complete rights and responsibilities that are relevant to its certification activities. It has been accredited by the Accreditation Service for Certifying Bodies (ASCB), located in Europe and by the International Accreditation Service (IAS), located in USA.

Safatech is our accreditation partner, aiding us in our CE marking operations in the Middle East. Safatech is a long established business research and development centre based in the South Coast of England.

SGQC was established to provide third party certification services of Quality Management System of clients based on documented Quality Policy and procedures meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021:2011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 (2015). The administrative structure of SGQC is also defined according to these requirements, and the policies for achieving the same are mentioned here. The company is based in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. The location of the company provides for excellent business opportunities.

Standard Global Quality Certificates is committed to establish itself as an independent international provider of certification services for the following Management Systems:

  • Quality (ISO 9001:2008 /9001:2015)
  • Environmental (ISO 14001:2004/ 14001:2015)
  • Health & Safety (OHSAS 18001:2007)
  • Food Safety (ISO 22000:2005, HACCP)
  • Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices ( ISO 22716:2008)
  • Information Security Management Systems ( ISO 27001:2013)
  • Energy management systems ( ISO 50001:2011)
The company shall comply with all legal requirements of Government of UAE and other bodies or other countries where such certification services are provided.

SGQC conducts review of client enquiries, and ensures that it has the necessary ability by way of accredited scopes and/or audit resources to perform the assessments. SGQC shall interpret all the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and initiate immediate actions for compliance. It shall confirm its assessment specifically to the scope of certification granted. The company pledges to adopt and administer absolute non-discriminatory policies, while providing the certification services as a primary requirement.

The Directors and Managers involved in the operations of the company shall display a high degree of independence and impartiality in their approach maintaining the highest level of integrity.

The company stands committed to use professionals for provision of its services and integrate experience with competence that would enhance the credibility of the service.

  • Achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction
  • Maintain not more than five minor nonconformities during external audit
  • Review client feedback through
  • Performance Survey and achieve more than satisfactory level for all parameters
  • Take appropriate corrective actions for client feedback less than satisfactory level within two weeks
  • Understand the client requirement to ensure a fair representation as a certification body
  • Number of client’s complaints regarding the certification shall be nil
  • Remain customer focused and strive to achieve zero customer complaints
  • Continually improve the Quality System and ensure access at all levels in the organization.
  • Identify and update the legal requirements along with statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure immediate actions for compliance. Number of violations shall be nil.

  • The management of the SGQC stands committed to provide adequate resources for the successful realization/achievement of the company objectives.
